How to treat your condition ?
It's advised to see a cardiologist to assess you condition because the treatment will be related to the diagnosis. After exclusion of any heart problem, you might bw able to use pain killers such as IBUPROFEN 600mg twice daily and for muscle tension you can use Baclofen.  Additionally, you should get enogh rest and try to avoid any physical or emotional stress. You should also drink a plenty of water at least 3 liter per day
Diagnosis ?
History taking and physcial examination done by cardiologist. Complete blood count to rule out anemia . ECG and Echocardiogram to assess the function of the heart muscles. Furthermore, measuring the level of blood sugar as well as the cholesterol levels and chest X-ray migh be done to exclude any lung problems
Causes ?
Actually there are different causes for your condition such as
Muscle tension
heart problem such as heart faliure or angina
anemia
hypertension
diabetes
