All Pakistani nationals who are stucked in the UAE or in their home country due to flight suspensions have been asked to register with the counsular services wich they are collecting data of the ones who want to travel back to Pakistan when "special flights" will become operational.

 The visa exemption is for all types of entry permits which expired during the flight suspension, and the exemption time frame is from March 1 until end of 2020.
But there was lately an update relating to that authorities announced that UAE residents abroad will be able to come back to the Emirates from June 1, provided they have a valid residency visa.
