Hi good evening, my name is Zachary Mulama a Kenyan citizen working with I. F. S( Integral Food Service group )I've stayed for 6 yrs with my company and my passport is due to expire by next month 16 June 2020. My Kenyan Embassy has plans to find suitable planes to take Kenyans back home with urgent needs under this current covid crisis since my passport is due to expire. My company doesn't want to pay for my vacation settlements as per my contract I signed to travel after every 2 years. Please help me out coz I need this settlement to be able to help my ailing mother back in Kenya

You must check with the Ministry of Labor in order to file a complaint against the employer because of his failure to pay your dues at the end of the term of the employment contract. You can also file an additional complaint with the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Interior and you can also make a special power of attorney to one of your friends in order to follow up on the complaint if you want to leave Qatar and return to your country and not wait until a decision is issued in the complaint.
