For the rental dispute, if it is under check in the Municipality Court, then it is better to make amiable settlement with the renter. If the renter refused and want you to pay the amount , then you can claim to install the amount till it is full paid, and you have to submit sponsors for the payments. That in order to avoid any travel ban against you once the lock down is over.
