amenorrhea defiened as abscence of menstraution which are 2 types ,

  and for treatment , wait a few days , Then retest If you continue to miss your period, be sure to do Pregnancy Test countitive in lab , If there is no pregnancy, it is possible to take DuPhastone tablets 20 mg tablets morning and evening for 5 days , You can also take Dophastone pills instead of Lopufolone inj Menstrual bleeding is expected between 2 to 10 days after taking this medcation
Diagnosis
by taking full medical history and clinical examination , and CBC , level of LH , FSH hormones , level of thyroid hormones , and level of prolactine , and ultrasound on the uterus and vboth ovaries

• Ectopic pregnancy
• Stress
• Malnutrition 
• drink too much caffeine
• Sudden lifestyle changes
• Medical conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or thyroid problems
• Birth control may cause irregularities in your cycle
