What should you do ? 

you should take your sister as soon as possible to the ER department , to do gastric lavage , you can give her an activated charcol , in the hospital the trearment will be according to the manfistation and the important one is cardiac manifistation so you can give her propranolol as recomended

Diagnosis

by taking full medical history and tests the level of thyroid hormones , and doing ECG and Echo. and CBC , and Electrolytes

Symptomes

• nervousness
• insomnia
• fever
• elevated blood pressure
• loose stool
• comma 
• convulsion
• acute psychosis
• thyroid storm
• tachycardia and arrhythmias
