gallbladder stone its medical condation due to increase amount of fat in food and dehydration and use of drugs and obesity and pregnancy and blood disease so treatment depend on decrease amount of fat in food and use ursodiol twice daily and use flagyl twice daily for 1 week to decrease inflamation and if inflamed surgical removal

by examination from doctor and cbc for inflamation ,amylase and ALT AND AST  test that increase in it and ultra sound in abdomen maybe use ct
