this result show anemia so you must to eat vegtables and fruits and meat and vitamin c and take multivitamies as centrum twice daily and vitamin b12 and folic acid ,and ferrous sulfate 125 mg for three monthes
diagnosis
exam by doctor and check blood count for percentage of hemogloubin in men from 13-17 in female 12-16 and make iron profile and ferittin and check vitamin b12 also stool analysis for bleeding and reticulocytes and combs test for autoimmune disease and crp for inflamation
