Sir,I am Sameer Now I am in one problem , : I Sold my car to another man around 4 month before (Dec-25 2019) by CashThat time the car Registration was not Transferred to his name, because registration was till Feb-2020And Insurance was till march, so he told me he will come to change this process before finishing this date and I agreed this, but after he didn’t come yet now and now he make traffic violation alsoSo now I am afraid and I go to Police station to complaint against him but police told me to go to CourtBut I dint now about further process Please help me
