Las two months, I had an accident from a electric scooter and it affects my back. The next day I went for a check up and the doctor told me that i was fine and gave me a medicine. But two months later I still have pain in my back if i bend, and if I accidentally bumped my hips on the left side it hurts it feels like there is electricity and it feels hot too. It connects on my leg too on the left side. What does it mean?

Painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs such as 1x2 CELECOXIB200mg or 1x2 NAPROXiN500mg
Muscle relaxants. If mild to moderate back pain does not improve with pain relievers such as ORPHANDRINE CITRATE 1X3
Topical pain relievers. These are creams or ointments placed on the site of pain such as PIROX GEL
physiotherapy
Massage with sesame oil
making other investigations like x-ray and CT to exclude bone fracture
