by using antifungal medecation like Flocunazole 150mg once daily for aweek , and Micunazole cream twice daily , and you should wash your hair with clean water
Diagnosis
 by taking full medical history ad doing clinical examination , and CBC ,And biopsy for examination

• prolonged use of antibiotics
• immunocompromised patient

Symptoms

• reddness of the skin
• shiny patches of the scalp 
• itching 
• pain 
• burning sensation 
• loss of hair
