Treatment of back pain
It is common symptom affecting high percentage of people due to many factors and causes.. Firstly, your patient have to avoid heavy works to relax back muscles. Also, apply hot packs on your back to decrease pain. Apply topical analgesic cream like fast reliefe gel three times daily to relive pain in addition to various analgesics prescribed by your doctor.

At most cases, diagnosis is made clinically, But your patient can ask for back x ray or MRI
