Hello, good after noon. We are having a shop license for 4 years, all these years we are having shop in same location. We would like to cancel the tenancy before it complete. Still three month cheque is there with land lord. We had already given letter to them, he is saying he cannot. We can cancel only after the tenancy contract complete. Since the municipality is closed I need your advise.
