I have had a bump growing under my left big toe...
I have had a bump growing under my left big toe for about a year and a half, I got it checked out and my doctor told me that it was a benign tumor. I was supposed to get it removed before the corona virus epidemic and since my country is currently in total lockdown I will need permission from the government to go to the hospital and get it checked out. I started experiencing numbness and pins-and-needles in my left leg for about two weeks now, it is slowly making its way up my leg and I am concerned that if I dont act immediately it will cause permanent damage. Is this something I can consider an emergency? Is there a way I can ease the unpleasant feelings? Is it possible to wait 2 weeks until the total lockdown is over or should I act immediately?

What are the emergency situations in your case ?
you need to act immediatly in the following cases :
progressive weakness of the lower limb
inability to move the leg
feeling of heaviness in the lower limb
redness , hotness and swelling of the leg
severe pain
fever
What is the treatment of numbness in your leg ?
Avoid any major muscle strain
Take analgesic pain like IBUPROFEN 400 three times a day
Improve blood sugar level if you are diabetic
Take vitamin B COMPLEX pill daily or in the form of injection , I prefer to take vitamin b complex 5 intramuscular injections on 10 days
Causes of leg numbness?
progressive Weakness of nerves
Accumulation of sugar in the blood vessels
Vitamin B12 deficiency
Some medications
Vitamin b deficiency
Trauma
Herniated disc
Autoimmune disease like rheumatoid arthritis
Stroke
Repetitive movement injury
Symptoms associated with numbness:
Burning sensation
Tingling
Muscle weakness
What tests do you need?
Full blood test
Check blood sugar
Check the level of vitamin B12
Back MRI
