Use ogmin 500mg tablets every 8 hours for 5 days
Use metronidazol 500mg tablets every 12 hours for 5 days
use diclofen 50mg once - twice daily after food
Treatment of dental problems if any
Always use water and salt to  and gargle and take care of your teeth thoroughly every day
