anemia is caused by many reasones including the deficiency of decrease production of blood cells , increase destruction , or hemoglobinopathies due to structural or functional abnormalities , and for treatment you should know the type of anemia if the its due to lack iron you can take iron tablet such as ferroglobin tab , and if the anemia du to lack of vitamin you can take vitamin B complex or vit. B12 , and so on

Diagnosis

by taking full medical history and doing clinical examination , and CBC to detect the hemoglubin count , and seum iron and ferritin level , and doing hemoglobin electrophorisis
