Hi dear sir/ madam i have been worked a company from last 1 year. So now company terminate due the reason of covid19 as per labour law ishould get a 3 month salry vaction salry and gratuty. But company had given me a wrong caluculation its not satiesfied how can i get judgement plese help me

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
