We would like to inform you that according to the Labor Law and Residence Laws, the sponsor is obligated to work for no other than his sponsor, and the sponsor is also obliged not to use a foreigner other than his sponsorship without complying with the conditions and conditions prescribed for the transfer of the sponsorship.
The sponsor is also obliged to inform the Naturalization and Residence Administration or the nearest police station about his foreign sponsor, who left work for any reason, within a period not exceeding three months from the date of leaving the work, and the transfer of the foreigner's sponsorship to work according to the conditions established by law and in accordance with the following terms and procedures:

• Approval of the previous and new sponsors.
• The approval of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs for the transportation
• Approval of the previous and new sponsors.
• The approval of the Identity & Nationality Federal Authority.
