Cancellation request form signed by the sponsor
In the event that the sponsor is a company or establishment, the application must include the signature and stamp of the company, attached to the clearance letter and the completion of procedures by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
The sponsored person's original passport
The sponsored ID card
In the event the sponsored person is outside the country, the original passport must be brought, and if it is not possible to request a copy of the residence visa from the computer.

You can file a complaint against your sponsor in the Ministry of Labor, as he didn't cancel the visa yet. If you have the right to get the visa cancelled then they will take the proper procedures to cancel it.
