yes! they give me eye drops for allergy but same it will not go therw is still.

Treatment of Red eyes :
It depends on the caues
- Apply warm compress to eyes to help relieve pain and swelling
- Use over the counter antipyretic as acetaminophen
- Use topical antibiotics creams
- Chalazion and abscesses must be drained
- Wash your face daily and keep it clean and dry
- Wash your hands before touching your eyes
- For Allergy : Antihistamine tablets and E-Drops such as Prosiline and Fenoxidine
- For Infection : Tobradex
