Please pay attention to the fact that the legal department and the scope of our work as lawyers and legal advisors is to provide legal advice and respond to all legal issues.

Please note that to be able to sponsor family members to the UAE, you must fulfill the following conditions:

Male : must have a minimum salary of AED 4,000 per month or AED 3,000 per month plus accommodation

Female : must have a minimum monthly salary of AED 10,000 or AED 8,000 plus accommodation

In addition, all family members who are over 18 must pass a medical fitness test taken at a government-approved health centre in the UAE.

if sponsoring your spouse you’ll need to provide:

a marriage certificate (original and copy, certified and legally translated for non-Arab nationalities)

The only exeption is that UAE does not recognize same-sex marriage

This is according to our understanding of the question posed by you, and if your question is intended otherwise, please clarify and we will respond to you accordingly as soon as possible,
