hi this coming june i am completely one year in my...
hi this coming june i am completely one year in my company..i am the who pay my visa now i want to go home its possible that i can get my passport to my company??they said i need to give 6000 if i did not finnish my contract..we dont have work since march and even they not give yet our salary of march until now..what should i do.please help me..thanks

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
