thymoma is lymphoid organ located in chest , early life is responsible for development and maturation of immunity and then dissappear , if cacncer present treat by chemotherapy and corticosteroid for one year surgical if early and no mestastasis
diagnosis
exam patinet by doctor and exclude myasthenia gravis because there is relation  between it , ct scan and regular chest x ray for follow up , checl liver enzym and cbc to start medication
