I have pain in my stomach at first I think...
I have pain in my stomach at first I think gastroenteritis I drink buscopan but not working I drink now Gastrazole omeprazole 20mg . Little bit ok but when I eat have pain . I eat two slice bread egg mayonnaise. Still in pain . What should I eat at lunch and dinner ?

treatment
this condation maybe due to H.PYLORI its microbial infection causeing gastritis so i advice you to take triple therapy as amoxacillin +omeprazole +clarithromycin for 14 days and then continue on omeprazole for 14 day, stop smoking alchol ,drink water , avoid spaicy food and heavy meals , eat soft as soup
diagnosis
check by doctor ask to make cbc for anemia and stool analysis for h pylori and endoscop and ph manometry in stomach

heart burn
chest pain
vomiting
nausea
advice
take medication as above
