Treatment of pain and discharge
It is common symptoms due to vaginal inflammation at most cases. You can increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. Avoid itching by your hands in vagina. Apply mikonazole cream three times daily to relieve itching if you have. Use gynedektazole supp. once daily for five days to relieve discharge
Investigations to do
Vaginal inflammation and infection is diagnosed based on symptoms of the patient. You can do urine analysis to exclude infections.
Symptoms of vaginitis
There are many symptoms like
- Lower back and abdominal pain
- Itching
- Discharge
- Bad odor
- Dysurea

well 1stly you must exclude out sexual transmitted disease as gonorhea or clamydia infection
whicn need ceftriaxone injection and levoflaxcin 750 daily for 5 days
