I have my own vehicle registered in abudhabi , it have got 24 black points that was committed by neighbour carrying passengers and presently I don't know where is now ,now I have lost the job and have to leave UAE after selling my Car ,but I have issues in transfer my vehicle due black point after paying 3000 fine , bcas the 24 points been reflecting in my vehicle number plate, I'm hearing I can transfer back the point to that neighbour only who commited the mistake . Its possible that 24 point black point in my vehicle number plate can be transferred to my license itself and I can surrender my license to police for months . Pls advice on this and any suggestion you can give , Thank you
