Treatment of back pain

 at first you should know the cause by counsulting the specialist and doing cilinical examination , and for treatment we advice for rest for at least 48-72 hr , cold compressors every 20 min , take trofen 600mg three times daily and celecoxib  200mg once daily for one week  , use diclofen gel 4 times daily , take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation

Diagnosis

by taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing CBC and CRP to detect inflammation and ESR and xray
or MRI to diagnose the cause

fatigue
 carring heavy things
 herniated disc
 back trauma
