Hi. My tenancy contract will expire on 24th May 2020 in dubai. Please advise if i neeed to give any notice to my land lord? If not whats the penalty? Please check if below email can serve the purpose of notice? As i sent this email on 29th march to my land lord, which they never replied. Dear Mr. Noufal / Hashim, Further to my earlier email. My contract is expiring on 25th May 2020. I was ready to renew at 55k for next year. But now as per current market situation i will not be able to renew my flat at this price. Kindly please check if possible to renew at 50k. As company is giving us unpaid leaves and we can not survive like this. Because we really dont have any other option at this point or otherwise we have to cancel the contract and leave the flat on the end of contract on 25th May. Please consider it as prior notice.
