Headache and joints pain what could be the problem

Treatment of headache:

It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can relief headache by conservative management by rest, avoid stress, get enough time of sleep, an you can take paracetamol 500 mg three times daily

Diagnosis of the cause of headache:

You have to visist you doctor for clinical examination and investigations as CBC for anemia, blood pressure, cervical x-ray to detect muscle spasm and disc, sinus x-ray to detect sinusitis, and brain CT scan if needed.

Causes of headache:

It may be due to:

• Stress and anxiety
• High blood pressure
• Sinusitis associated with headache on front of head, nasal congestion, runny nose
• Neck muscle spasm associated with headache on the back of head, dizziness, neck pain
• Ear problems as otitis media
• Anemia associated with dyspnea and general fatigue
• Brain problems as tumors
