what is Epimag ?
its a medication that contain the following genric ingredients : Magnesium Citrate , and its used as maintenance medication to a healthy urinary tract
will Epimag be helpful to treat UTI ?
it may help , but its a main medication to treat it , usually its goes this way :
- simple UTI : drinking water and avoid unhelathy habits and using Epimag is enough 
- infectious UTI : need antibiotic 
Treatment of urinary tract infection   :
1. consult a urology doctor to do the needed medical examnation and determine the treatment pathway
2. have a healthy life style including : healthy diet , exercise , regular healthy sleep pattern
3. drink plenty of water ( at least 3 liters daily)
4. avoid unsafe sexual intercourse 
5. if you have uretheral infections , it will be treated as UTI by antibiotics ( orally ) such as levofloxacin
6. if you have std infection such as chlamydia , treatment would be :  Azithromycin or Doxycycline
