this condation maybe alarming sign for pulmonary embolism and need anticoagulant as clexan  or warfrin and need sometimes intensive care units , may be due carddiac causes as angina and need nitrates or nifadepine and antithrombolytics as streptokinase , maybe due to gallbladder stone and need ibuprofeen 600 mg twice daily and ursodiol 300 mg twice daily untike stone resolved if inflamed need surgical rescection may be due to inflamation in lung need antibiotics
investigation
exam by doctor and checl vital signs and need ecg for heart to detect any changes as ischemia or angina and need monitore and make blood gases analysis for acidosis or alkalosis , need cbc for inflamation and anemia and cardiac enzyme as troponin need xray chest to detect inflamation and us on gallbladder

difficult breath
nausea
