I have a small cyst size of a pea on my testicle...

what is the possible causes ?
- epidydmal cyst 

- testicular cust 

- vaicocele and dilated testicular veins 
How to diagnosies ?
by do scrotal sac to rule out the above mentined causes 
What are the treatment ?
- observation for cystic lesion if the size is costant an no pain 
but if it increase in size you should remove it by surgical excision or drainage 
- for varcosity if its below grade 3 use of dafloon twice daily 
if its above grade 3 by surgical excision or by laser
