Hi doc I'm suffering right now pain on my legs....

treatment
this condition called gout due to increase in uric acid , to cure it you must to avoid red meet and stop any medication increase it , and drink water up to 2l daily in acute attack can be take colchicin ,6 mg twice daily or indomethacin75 mg  twice daily after resolve attake take allopurinol100mg once daily for 2 weeks and you must to decrease weight and stop smoking
diagnosis
examination by doctor and ask for check cbc for inflamtion and serum uric acid  up to 8,5 mg normaly ,kidney function as urea creat and urine analysis check ca level and xray for joint  or aspiration for joint fluid and analysis
