Dear doctor, my daughter( 23 y and allergy to most of the foods and medicines like tomatoes, and medicine for gastritis like ranitidine,omeprazole) was suffering from a severe stomachache pain. After carrying out an ultrasound test they suspected that was infected appendix. After giving high antibiotic it was cured. But pain is coming again now and then. One doctor said it is not the appendix may be an infected lymph node in the intestine.how can I find out the exact situation. Thanks.

how can you know whats exactly going on ?
in such cases we at first advice labroscopic surgery for the purpose of exploring whats inside the abdomen and what going wrong inside and alngside laparoscopy then the doctor might remove the appendix ( so its a diagnositc and theraputic mesure ) and in case the patient isnt sure about diagnostic laparoscopy and he is afraid then an mri with contrast is a very good option

- the doctor clinical eamination and medical history , ultrasound of the abdomin and genitourinary tract, CBC, CAT scan of the abdomen with contrast , MRI of the abdomen with contrast and finally explratory laparoscopy
