hello i just noticed a soft lump on the right...

soft lump at the sides of the neck what is the treatment ?
the treatment in general for uch cases are the surgical removal for such lump under the local anesthesia and inspection of its content 
what coukld it be ?

• lymph node 
• lipoma 
• epidermoid cyst 
• deromoid cyst 

what are the possible diagnostic methods ?
medical history and clinical examination , exam the lump under the sight of ultrasound to identefy the size, shape, and origin of the lump and the last exam is the removal and inspection of the lump content under microscope and to do pathological eamination
