We would like to inform you that according to the Domestic Law, the maximum working hours are 10 hours per day, unless agreed otherwise, including worship, rest and eating, and these periods do not fall within the working hours calculation. If the employer violates, then you can file a complaint against him in the Ministry of Labor.

As below article from Domestic Law states:

Article (7)

The employer shall comply with the following:

1- Providing the employee with adequate food and housing, adequate health care, medications and medical supplies in the event of illness or injury during the performance of the work or because of it, without requiring the user to bear any financial burden.

2- Treating the user in a good way that preserves his dignity and body integrity.

3- Not endangering the user’s life or health, or physically or psychologically harming him in any way.

4- Not to operate the user during his sick leave.

5- The user should not be employed on daily rest times or on weekends, unless there is an agreement between the two parties to the contrary.
