hello, i have been suffering from this for months...
hello, i have been suffering from this for months now, it comes and goes but its very frustrating and affects my day to day activities. i have mucus stuck in the back my throat, mostly the right side of my throat, it takes hours and sometimes a day for me to get rid of it and take it out, when it comes out it is thick, viscous, stretchy and it has a bit if dry blood in it and a mix of yellow, it looks like boogers from the nose that went down to my throat, but i don’t know what it is. i also suffer from postnasal drip and i have a deviated septum. please help me this is so tiring and its affecting me alot.

What is the treatment of Throat sputum and cough and other symptoms?
You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following :
- Drink enough amount of water every day .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever .
- Treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection such as Augmentin1gm twice daily for 10 days with medications such as Tussibal three times per day .
- Drugs such as Loratidine10 mg once per day .
- Other medication after assessment of your condtion .
What are the causes of your symptoms ?
- Common cold .
- Throat infection .
- Tonsilitis .
- Broncchitis .
- Lung infection .
- other causes .
What are the tests needed for your symptoms ?
- Clinical assessment for any signs and symptoms .
