Treatment of abdominal pain and vomiting

the treatment depend on the cause so you should doing the clinical examination and visit the specialist , if the pain due to UTI you can use antibiotics like Cifuroxime 500mg twice daily for 5 days , and uroclean pawder 3 times per day for at least  10 days , and if the cause due Gastritis you can use Omebrazole 40mg twice daily for 14 days , Metronidazole 500mg three  times daily 14 days , Clarithromycin 500mg two times daily , for vomiting you can use metoclopramide 10mg twice  daily 

Diagnosis

You should go to the doctor to take a full medical history from you , then doing full examination to your abdomen them doing specific laboratory test like Cbc , Urine analysis , Stool analysis  , And in special cases  , Abdominal x ray and ct of  the abdomen , and urea breath test for H pylori

• Acute cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder ) associated with burning sensation and vomiting
• Intestinal obstruction mechanical obstruction of small bowel
• Hernia , buldge of the abdominal content
• Appendicitis
• Acute gastroenteritis
• Cohn's disease
• Peptic ulcer
•  Irritable bowel syndrome
• Kidney stones
• Acute urinary tract infection

If this abdominal pain associated with

• repeated vomiting
• fever above 38.5
•  severe abdominal pain not relieved
• vomiting of blood
• black stools
• abdominal distention

You should go to the hospital to evaluate you
