Hello Doctor, I have been feeling sudden spins and dizziness since yesterday. I read about BPPV and followed the remedy of home neck movement and helped so when I turn my neck I feel rapid spins and wait for 30 seconds and then after the whole remedy I get really well. Yet the symptoms happen again and sometimes worse than before that it makes me vomit. Should I worry from more than BPPV? Also is there a medication recommended that I take in order to help preventing these feelings of nausea and spins and dizziness. Thank you in advance
