from March quarantine started Only my salary has been stopped with out any reason

my civil I'd is expired on 08th May and I'm willing to go back to my country but the company has to pay me my salary as I've to pay my rents etc..

Article 44 of the Kuwaiti Labor Law
A year after the date of expiry of the employment contract, the lawsuits file by the workers shall not be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of this law. The provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 442 of the Civil Code shall be applied. The lawsuits filed by the workers are exempted from the judicial fees. However, the court may, upon rejection of the proceedings, adjudicate all or some of its expenses on the one filed it, and consider the labor cases as a matter of urgency.
