i have problem with my health can you help me?

yes! but still i have.. now nothing finished. the feeling of me now my back head is crampling and when you squeze there is sound..am i stress? o what ever?

yes!! because i have sinusitis the doctor said i have one of my nose is block always if the block is gone im sneeze there is a little flu but nothing the color change..

i am depress doc? because of this i have a lot of symptom my heartbeat at night going fast.. i heard my heartbeat at my back my body ia moving seizure..my joints is weak feeling tired.. and my toes when you walk its crampling.. please help me.

Treatment of head pain:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can relief headache by conservative management by rest, avoid stress, get enough time of sleep, an you can take panadol extra 500 mg three times daily
Diagnosis of the cause of head pain:
You have to visist your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as CBC for anemia, blood pressure, sinus x-ray to detect sinusitis, cervical x-ray to detect muscle spasm and disc, and brain CT scan if needed.
Causes of head pain:
It may be due to:
- Stress and anxiety
- Neck muscle spasm associated with headache on the back of head, dizziness, neck pain
- High blood pressure
- Anemia associated with dyspnea and general fatigue
- Sinusitis associated with headache on front of head, nasal congestion, runny nose
- Ear problems as otitis media
- Brain problems as tumors
