We would like to inform you that as there is no legal documents prove the marriage legality in the court, then you have to go to the Judicial Department and prove the marriage by providing the documents to prove that marriage, if you don't have then you can't divorce as the divorce requirements are:
1- Passport.
2- Residence.
3- Marriage contract, which clarifies the relationship between the couples.
If you couldn't, then you have to go to your country en=mbassy and prove the marriage to be able to divorce in the court.
