doc i have a problem regarding with my health...

doc i have a problem regarding with my health please help me. a couple of night i am not able to fall asleep..because im suffering sinusitis other side im too much thinking because more than two still. i have a lot of conclusion anxiety. depress. im so hopeless.. sometimes my body is ache my heart so moving to fast. and my joints is hurting its crampling when im lying down on my bed.. i fel my body is shaking i heard my heart beat at back.. in my leg. on my toes thers something flowing a blood i dont know please help me.thanks
