My company terminated with based on article...

My company terminated with based on article 82,83,84 & 85 I got stroke attack in November 2019 when I was on duty and the company took me to hospital. My GM also visited me home saying that no need to submit sick leave as it will cost u everytime. Once you r fine come to work. They forcefully took signature on annual leave after one month of my sickness. I was paralyzed from one side and was not in a condition to travel still company issued me ticket part of the annual leave. Now they have terminated me and did not pay salary to me since January 2020. And are not paying my physiotherapy bills. Neither gave me any notice period before termination.Please advise what can I do. Even I have filed labour complaint but it's of no use. I am driver by profession. my question is he got stroke attack which happened at duty.but is strok attack considered as injury?

If it is due to work, yes it is considered a work injury

As per medical report this is my 3rd stroke.. but is it fair to termination me basis article 82,83,84 and 85

-file a lawsuit before the judge immediately as article 5 of the labor law states as follows:

All the proceedings in the court and filing a case as well as execution of the claim which filed by the worker are exempt from the payment of fees according to the provisions of the law. the court bay accept or refute the case also may decide to remove or impose the fees
