Treatment of right hip joint
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid heavy works and prolonged standing to decrease pressure on hip joints. Also , you have to get rid of obesity. You can take analgesic like IBUPROFEN 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain. Also, you can take CELECOXIB 200 mg once daily for ten days for inflammation of hip joint. If there is no response you have to visit orthopedic doctor for further evaluation.
Investigations to do
It is clinical diagnosis. You can ask for hip joint x ray or MRI for further evaluation.
