Symtomes and management of Rheumatoid Arthritis 
Rheumatoid Arthritis is considered as a state if ongoing auto immune inflammtory condition of the joint space and surrounding tissues, its a multi-systemic disease that can affect not only joints but also skin, lungs, liver, bowel and brain. its manifisted as joint pain, redness , tender joints , limitation of joint movement and swelling. the inflammatory process leads to destruction of joint space and inability to bear weight. its treated in many different lines of treatment, but the most adapted regimen is combination therapy between non- biologic ( Sulfasalazine) and a biologic agent ( Infliximab) brings more symptome releif and down regulation of the inflammatory process, doses and duration should be guided by your treating physcian
Required tests 
after doing a proper clinical exam you should do cbc to detect any hgb drop that cause anemia, in addition you should do kidney and liver funtion tests ( Urea , Cr, Uric acid , AST , ALT , ALP , Total protein , Albumin), rheumatology panel ( RF, ESR, CRP, Anti CCP, ANA), you may also do MRI of the joint to detec the effect of RA on joint space, if you had some symptomes of chest discomfort you are adviced to do a chest CT scan to detect any Rheumatoid nodules.
