its about 2months already i undergo antibiotic nasal spray.. i want to ask if i should use again nasal spray what spray is good? because they come and go it might be allergy from the aircondition or ciggarets o cleaning materials help me.

Treatment:
- to get rid of sinusitis you should avoid smoking or exposure to dust or any irritant, and drape a towel soaked with warm water over the head and breath through it, rinse out your nasal passages with warm water mixed with salt, and you can use nasal sprays that contain corticosteroids such as fluticasone or beclomethasone or nasal sprays such Otrivin twice a day for 5 days, along with antibiotics such Amoxicillin 500mg 3times a day for 5-7 days and if the problem keeps occurring then surgery might be considered as an option.
diagnosis:
- based on medical history and physical examination and lab test such X-rat or CT radiographic images of the sinuses, taking a sample of nasal discharges and culture it, looking into the sinus using a scope
symptoms:
- nose pain and swelling
- thick discharge from the nose
- congestion of the nose
- pain and tenderness around the nose and under eyes
- disturbance of smell or taste sensation
can you take the same treatment again:
- yes you can do that but it's preferable to consult your doctor
