this condation maybe due to infectious disease by bacteria need drink of water and good healthy food and take flagyl 500 mg twice daily for 5 days ,if diarrhea more than 3times /day take imodium 2 mg twice daily , also due to h pylori its bacteria in stomach causing this symptoms need amoxacillin 500 mg omeprazole 20mg clarithromycin 500 mg all this drug twice daily for 14 days

take treatment of h pylori if not improve go to hospital

All of them considered safe during lactating 

Okay we advice you to put lidocaine gel in previous c cut wound to relief pain 
And use of Pelfergan by intravenous route if the is sever pain 
But we must know what are the causes for diarrhea and vomiting by doing stool analysis to exclude out fungal or bacterial infection which need treatment by Flagyl 3 times daily or by zinnat 500 twice daily
And to do abdominal ultrasound to exclude out any complication from previous surgery as adhesions or fistula or sinuses
