kindly let me know that- is it legal to have my apartment owner's mobile number and email address for the purpose of emergency contact & my records being a tenant of that apartment..
Because, my estate agent through whom I rented the property is not giving me the details of the owner and giving me with strange reasons of not providing the owner details and is also delaying the repair process time to time unnecessary.
