i have a serious problem i cant fall asleep at night a couple of days am i suffering depression because i have a lot of symptoms sometimes i become heart attack.. i fell my palpitation is fast. i have also muscle pain my joints is pain.. my stomache is crampling also.. would you help me..

you must exclude out 1stly organic disease and if this are normal :
- ECG
- cardian echo
- CBC
- iron profile
- blood pressure
then you must search for schycopathy disease as :
- depression
- bipolar disorder
How to treat ?
- SSRI AS PAROXTINE 2 tabs daily
- tricyclic antidepressant as prozac one tab daily
- pregabalin 150 2 capsule daily
- ECG
- cardian echo
- CBC
- iron profile
- blood pressure
then you must search for schycopathy disease as :
